This website is hosted by IONOS SE on servers in Germany. When you open a page, your browser sends your IP address and technical details such as the page requested, the time and your browser type. The web server processes them to deliver the page and keep the site secure. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in a working and secure website.

Server log files are deleted after three months.

This site loads its fonts and images from our own server. It does not load advertising networks, social media widgets or external font services.

If you send an audit request, we collect the name, email address and process description you type in. Your browser also sends your time zone with the request.

We use this data to reply to you and to prepare the audit you asked for. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken at your request before a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in answering business enquiries.

We keep your request for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete it.

The request is saved in our database. Our team is also notified in a private Discord channel. That notification contains your name, email address, time zone and the first 500 characters of your message. Discord is operated by a provider outside the EU.

You can also contact us by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn. Those channels have their own privacy notices.

On the live website we measure visits with Matomo. We run Matomo ourselves at analytics.talenttic.com, so the data stays on our own server. It is not loaded on test versions of the site.

The WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email links open those services only when you click them. After that, their own privacy notices apply.

You have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you (Article 15 GDPR)
• have wrong data corrected (Article 16)
• have your data deleted (Article 17)
• restrict how we use it (Article 18)
• receive it in a portable format (Article 20)
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Article 21)
• withdraw any consent you gave, at any time

You may also complain to a data protection authority. For us, that is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Der Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
